fresh creamy buffalo cheese, heirlom tomato, avocado, golden and red beets, evoo, aged balsamic on crostini

Eggplant Involtini (veg)

Grilled eggplant, stuffed goat cheese, sun dried tomato, basil, pink marinara sauce

Arugula Salad (veg)

Organic baby arugula, golden and red beets, almond, goat cheese, orange citrus-truffle vinaigrette

BEEF WELLINGTON

Dijon mustard marinated, prime filet mignon, half wrapped pastry dough, shiitake mushroom, bordelaise sauce, truffle mashed potato, vegetables

 

Chilean Sea Bass

Pan seared, fresh sea bass, saffron, beurre blanc, potato mille feuille, vegetables

Scampi
Jumbo prawns, brown butter, garlic, dry sherry wine, parsnip pure, vegetable 

Bouillabaisse

Prawns, scallops, grilled salmon, Mediterranean mussels, manila clams, calamari, saffron, tomato broth, garlic crostini  

Steak Frites

Grilled angus rib-eye, shitake mushrooms, Marsala wine, truffle fries

Duck Confit 
Cranberry chianti wine, marble potato, grilled asparagus

Cordon Bleu

Free range, organic chicken breast, stuffed smoked ham, fontina cheese, creamy dill white wine, seasonal vegetable, parsnip puree    

Heart Shaped Cheese Ravioli

Fresh pasta colored with paprika, filled with ricotta, gorgonzola and piquant provolone

DESSERTS

Exotic Bomba

Mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbetto, all covered in white chocolate and drizzled dark chocolate

Chocolate Crisp Sheet Cake

Dark chocolate sponge cake topped with caramelized hazelnuts, layered with dark chocolate and milk chocolate mousse

Tiramisu

Coffee and zabaglione cream on layer of espresso soaked, sponge cake, cocoa powder

Limoncello Tartufo

Lemon gelato with a heart of limoncello, covered in meringue sprinkles
