White mushroom, cream, vegetable stock, touch of truffle oil

BEEF WELLINGTON   

Dijon mustard marinated, prime filet mignon, Half wrapped pastry dough, shitake mushroom, bordelaise sauce, truffle mashed potato, vegetables

BRANZINO

Pan seared, fresh Mediterranean sea bass, parsnip puree, mango salsa

Jumbo prawns, brown butter, garlic, dry sherry wine, blue cheese polenta

The delicate 100% handcrafted French macaroons, made with the freshest ingredients with five different flavors

Dark chocolate sponge cake topped with caramelized hazelnuts, layered with dark chocolate and milk chocolate mousse
