Organic baby spinach, orange, strawberry, mango, almonds, Romano cheese, raspberry vinaigrette

Extra large escargot snails, parsley, garlic, brown butter

Dijon mustard marinated, prime filet mignon, Half wrapped pastry dough, shitake mushroom, bordelaise sauce, truffle mashed potato, vegetables

Pan seared, freash seabass, saffron, beurre blanc, potato mille feuille, vegetables ($10 surcharge)

LOBSTER SPAGHETTI AND PRAWNS

Smoked paprika, asparagus, creamy dill white wine

BOUILLABASE

Jumbo prawns, scallops, grilled salmon, Mediterranean mussels, Manila clams, calamari, saffron,  white wine, garlic crostini 

 NEW YORK STEAK and PRAWNS 

Grilled prime steak, topped prawns, beurre maître d'hôtel, pomme frites

Paprika colored, fresh pasta, filled with ricotta, gorgonzola, and piquant cheeses, pink marinara
